2021.8.20(日) 7:10 曇りのち晴れ
昨日全力クライムしたばかりだけど、とりあえず10kmくらい走れっかなと走り出す。
曇っていてまあまあ涼しい。
スローペースで走ったせいか10kmはそれ程苦しくない。7km過ぎと10kmちょうどの地点の公園で給水したのも良いタイミング。そのまま走ることに。
15kmで群馬の森に到着、給水と小休憩。朝食も摂っていないので本当は何か胃に入れたいのだけど、スマホもサイフも持たずに来たので無料の水道水しか補給できるのがない。
ここまで来たらハーフを走りきりたいなあ、と欲を出して再び走り出すも、今度は陽も出てきて暑くてたまらない。群馬の森でUターンすれば良かったがピストン嫌いなので利根川へ向かったせいで給水できる場所もなく18km過ぎに脚が動かなくなった。。。
さらに3km何とか歩いて大利根緑地に辿り着き給水。木陰の芝に寝転び30分間爆睡！
で、辛うじて帰宅できるくらいの体力を回復して帰路に着きましたとさ。
今度は必ず小銭とスマホくらいは持って行こう！
