今日はHiroと二人でハイク
谷川岳か武尊山か八ヶ岳に行きたいなあと思っていたが、Hiroの泣きが入ると大変なので近場で。
石門巡りをして、脚の様子で中間道で妙義神社へと思って中ノ岳へクルマで向かう。わざわざ下仁田からチャリで回った道から。
到着してみると、昨年の台風19号の被害と思われるがあちこち通行止め。それで一本杉まで徒歩で下り中間道へ入った。
すぐにHiroが根を上げてスローペース、何とか第2見晴らしへ到着、時刻も11:30と丁度良いので昼食に。今朝家で作ってきたおにぎりとから揚げ卵焼き。登山でこういうお弁当が食べられるのはHiroと来たときだけ、コンビニじゃないおにぎり、うまい。食後はドリップコーヒーを一服。天気も良く景色を眺めながらのまったりしたひととき、オレの登山では珍しい。
もうこのまま妙義神社へ降りようかと思ったら、まだ頑張れる！というので大の字を目指す。急登、鎖場、泣き出すかと思いきや、急登はイヤだけどクサリは楽しい！と。
最後は神社へ下り、道の駅で待たせて中ノ岳まで舗装路をランニングしようと思ったら、一緒に歩くと。17時の夕焼け小焼けのメロディが流れる中、駐車場に到着。すごいなHiro今日は頑張った！
もみじの湯に寄り、汗を流してからの食事もうまかった！
